I want to do elder daycare at my home in Alaska for three individuals. What legal requirements are there, do I need a business license?

I would go to see an elder lawyer and see how that would be set up- this was done many years ago when I was in high school I helped a lady who cared for about 5 people in her home and it was run very well-you do not see that anymore in this part of the country and it is a shame- I wish you well ans let us know how it goes-I think it is a great idea.
