Where can I get help, if I suspect elder abuse in the complex where I live?

I video tape my mother's bruises she has all over her face and her breast all around her body the day I visited her at the nursing. She was badly abused and the nursing and her legal guardian refused communicate with me. I was told that I am not allowed to visite her and more, Because of all the complaines I made regarding my mother's abused I have been noticed lately.

Call the local police and ask them to do a "welfare check" on the victim. You can be annonymous.
