We use the towel folding task for my 99-yr old aunt with dementia and it's worked very well. From this video I liked the floral arrangement idea (I would use fake flowers and a plastic vase with marbles in it) and also the Bingo game (I used to love to turn the bingo cage when I was a kid). You don't need a crowd for bingo. I will be adding these in for my aunt. Thanks for posting!
All of this hinges on the activities director of the facility, designing programs that actually engage the residents takes a lot of thought and dedication (and in my experience is sadly inadequate in most places).
