My patient was victim of aggressive behavior

It was reported to police. Doctors gave letters of support of his trauma of experience. Adult Protective Services received all the documentation and video footage. The social worker, his supervisor and programs manager could care less for my patients health and safety. They said if I was not satisfied to file a greievance. I did and never heard from them.
Who should I contact next the mayor, the governor, my congressman?
Mike D.

Aqua/ Mike, you need to give some detail about the aggressive behavior, who by, and the results. Also where you fit in with ‘your patient’, and where you filed the ‘grievance’. It would be good to check other people’s view of this before it gets bigger. Sometimes going very official may have difficult results for your patient or for your own peace of mind, so be sure that it will be worthwhile from all points of view.
