Just wish I could find one to combat my Mum's relentless demands - she uses a broken record approach over & over & over until someone caves in or she goes hoarse.

Yea calling a lot can be annoying.

I like how in one case, the daughter told her mother tomorrow, which calms her in the mean time. And that nurse redirected her to go for a walk.

Very good indeed. I especially like that they stressed these are *examples* and that you have to figure out your own ways in your own situation.

It's just... wants to call his daughter every day? Try sixteen or seventeen times an hour 😞
