Hi my name is Sandra, I live in Moreno Valley California it’s a nice town I live in a 55+ mobile home park. I have a nice home I have a spare bedroom I need someone to help me. I don’t need a great deal of help but I am in a wheelchair and I just more or less need someone there to help out with some small things for their room and board. if you think you would be interested let me know it could be male or female as long as you’re a nice clean and honest person. A small salary would be ok to along with the room.
if you are careful to set exact hours, then you might have a good arrangement. Make expectations clear up front. But, this is a bad deal for someone who cannot work in order to be your aide.
