Allstate Life Insurance Long Term Care Policies sold in the late 1980s- early 1990's have been denying Assisted Living, stating "Nursing Home Only". I would like to find people that have had this told to them, and benefits denied. ( I did get them to approve benefits for my Father's Long Term Care in Assisted Living Facility) . Non- payment of benefits is a breach in contract and I hope to make this right for many seniors. Thanks!
