This is a question best put to a lawyer, but the word irrevocable literally means not able to be revoked/changed. If you can meet with the lawyer who helped draw up the trust, they should be able to explain your options. This question is not really able to be answered without lots more info that you should not disclose on a public forum. Good luck to you.
