Are you on Medicaid? If so yiu can get them through them. Try Office of Aging. Your inhome service for after hospital stays and Hospice. Maybe Red Cross.

I suggest you contact social services for your county. A social worker will be able to help you with this and future care needs if you don't have any family or legal representative to help you.
