An initial requirement is he had to have served at least one day during war time. Also there is often a local VA office at or near your county courthouse you can call or visit for information. Do call your local VA. They will have a lot of questions for you about date, length of service, whether active or not, and etc. You would need to qualify for said services. This is all about as individual as your own thumbprints, so it will need to be researched by you. I do wish you the best of luck.

But the Veteran can get Home Health Services if the meet certain qualifications. Contact your local Veterans Assistance Commission or your States Department of Veterans Affairs. You can also contact the local VA and start with finding out the %. Those are your first steps in determining benefits.
