You need a place with continuum of care so that when she's no longer capable of living by herself, she has somewhere to go. She'll already know some of the people, she'll have a social life, entertainment, and meals. When she's no longer safe, she may be less capable mentally of moving again.
But for how much longer? Please consider a complex that is a Continuum of Care Community so that when the inevitable day comes when you need more help, you won't have to reinvent the wheel while you are infirmed or impaired.
