Some senior Service groups have Volunteers that will do something like this. Unfortunately as far as I know hospitals or sites that do out patient procedures where anesthesia is used do not allow "Ride Share" transport. For several reasons. The driver is not background checked and sending a vulnerable person into a car with a stranger is not idea. they also want the ride/ driver there for the entire procedure and most people doing Ride Share would not be willing to sit around for many hours. (and if they did it would cost you a fortune.)
