My sister and niece charged $70,000 on my parent's credit cards.

She paid on the credit cards with my mom & dads money. They knew nothing about what she was doing. All she did was lie to me, told me dad got $2000/month when he actually got $3900. She was robbing him blind. We are both POAs for them.

You are go POAs, and have proof of this theft?
Your sister is a thief.
This gets reported to the Police, the DA, and you need an attorney so you can go to court and have her removed as POA.

My OB stole over $250K from my parents. Theirs was a second mortgage to 'help him' over a rough patch.

Sadly, b/c they signed the relevant documents, there was nothing to do, legally.

You have the ability to put a stop to this and I hope you do.

Police now. If you don’t, this will come back and bite you in the butt since you are also POA.

If you don’t want to go to jail, you need to get a police report that clears your name.

Gather your proof and go to the police. Make several sets of copies.

Pretty bold crime to commit, lying and using that extra $1,900 a month to finance her other stealing. Don't let her know either. People that evil deserve to pay serious consequences.

Take all of your proof to your local police station and let them handle things from there.
That is elder abuse and your sister and niece need to be held responsible and locked up.
And make sure that you take your parents to their lawyers so they can remove your sister as their POA before she steals anymore of their money.
