Are you an aide? I would think IHSS has a list of recipients needing aides since they are the ones who allowed you to enroll. Do they not send you where your needed? Or is it that as an aide because your are now enrolled with Medicaid you can care for Medicaid recipients and be paid by Medicaid?
I have to agree, this is a question for IHSS. We are lay people caring for someone sharing our experiences. Each State is different in how they run theirb in home services. We are from all over the US and really can't answer this question.
