What support groups are available for families and professionals, especially periodicals and books?

I am a nurse who was retired & returned several weeks ago to work part-time in an Adult Day Care. Most of our clients have been diagnosed with Dementia. I have the heart of compassion & service but need to learn some so much more as a clinician. Donita LPN

Go to Amazon and look at the many books available, read the reviews, order samples if you have a kindle. Ask at your local library. Watch videos on youtube is especially helpful. The internet is definitely your friend when you need to have access to knowledge and information. Good luck.
Support groups are found typically on Facebook, and through them you might ask for any that are in your area. Seems most have now, since Covid, gone to "zoom" meetings. That surely is the case for cancer groups I looking into. If that works your local Council on Aging or Agency on Aging may have a list.
