Who can we get to help us with the Medicaid application? We are in NJ?

My 101 year old Mother is in need of Nursing Home Care. The Home that we are considering for her, does not employ people to help with this. Our Eldercare Attorney has someone working with him, to help clients navigate the Medicaid Paperwork, but she charges $6000.00 to do so.Is there anyone else out there that we can contact to help us out?
