When I clicked on the link here is what I got!

Is Aging Care Forum being hacked or scammed?

I checked out the survey and it was legit, but would go away when removed.
They had a number of questions involving how long you have been on AC, whether you would still be here if the name changed to A Place for Mom Forum, and etc.
I think they are thinking of making some changes to the Forum and just wanted input and likely got enough input. They wanted to know if you wanted to be involved in any kind of group discussing changes; if you were chosen they would then give you an Amazon gift card for your participation.
