Your local diaper bank can help you, along with many of the charities that give free food and clothing as they usually carry adult diapers as well. Call 211 and they will direct you to where you can get some in your area.
If your on Medicaid for health insurance or in home services, you can get briefs thru them. Call your local hospice, in home care agency, they may have some available. My township Visiting Nurses had them. Red Cross. Sorry to say there are not too many places who give them free.
