We have had notes here that indicate that they are more expensive than Uber and Lyft and don't provide much more than can be requested of the two mentioned.
You apparently have received what you believe to be deceptive or inadequate or substandard treatment from this entity. It would be very helpful if you listed exactly what happened to you, because otherwise I fear your warnings will be ignored.

You don't give details about your issue with this company. Just coming here and making unsupported accusations isn't enough. I'm sorry for your bad experience and frustration with them. Others have recommended/mentioned them on this forum but I don't recall anyone saying their experience was bad. I've come across apps and vendors who make it very difficult to cancel a service. I hope you're able to resolve your issue but I would edit your posted question and content so that people know what you're talking about. Also, what does being a vet have to do with any of this?

I'M a vet, all four branches 30 1/2 years. GO Go Grandparents cheated me. I'm at the bank right now and they will block them and contact them about refunding my overcharge. They need to be turned in for stealing from the elderly.
