How do you obtain a Florida ID without the elderly person going to the DMV in person, because they are unable to do so physically?

Mac is correct. The Florida DMV offices will have a much better idea on this than we strangers from all round the country do. When you find out do consider posting it here. It's how we learn from one another. Wishing you best of luck.
