I have concerns about the agency that provides my mom's caregivers.

Im concerned for my mother all my mom's caregivers were very sick. I got worried my mom has altimeres. All her caregivers were named Mary and had the same heart condition and had a daughter named crystal like me. I started noticing lil things I didn't like. My mom needs someone who is younger and can help her up if she falls. Then the other caregivers were taking advantage of my mom hiding in the room, clocking in on there phone and not showing up. I'm worried there running scams

I would take up concerns you have first with the Agency itself.
If you are worried about scams I would consider presenting my evidence to APS.

Have you contacted the agency that provides your mothers caregivers to verify the information is true? If you are concerned with your mothers dementia and possible Alzheimer's, have you requested physicians to conduct a test or refer to a specialist?

Please be aware that you shouldn't base your fears solely on your mothers information that may be confabulated because of her disease or mental state. All being Mary as the name with a child Crystal that is the same as your name is proof enough more investigation to her care is necessary.

The agency would be my first contact. Then to a physician for her wellbeing.

If you feel strongly that he agency is indeed scamming (very unlikely if an accredited business), then change agencies.

Wishing you strength during this difficult process.

Crystal, if your Mom has a diagnosis of ALZ then you need to know that the information she gives you will eventually not be accurate. Please watch some Teepa Snow videos on YouTube so you can learn what is going on with her and what is coming. What your Mom is doing is called having a confabulation (and also has an impaired memory). She could benefit from meds for her anxiety from her primary doctor. If there's any way to get her in for her free annual Medicare wellness exam, this can be discussed with the doc at this appointment. They won't prescribe meds without an exam by her primary.

Have you talked to the agency to verify that ALL the caregivers had the same name, Mary?
Have you confirmed that ALL the caregivers have the same heart conditions?
Have you confirmed that ALL the caregivers named Mary, with a heart condition have a daughter named Crystal?
This seems a bit far fetched to me. (Rule #39, like Jethro Gibbs I do not believe in coincidences!)
Have you ever met any of the caregivers?
If your mom has dementia and she is telling you all this I am thinking it is a bit of confabulation on her part.
If you are not there on a daily basis install cameras so that you can actually monitor what is going on. The only place that you can not place a camera is in a location where a person would expect privacy so bathroom and a caregivers bedroom would be out. Some states require 2 person consent for recording audio so check on that before you record audio.

There are plenty of Agencies that you can interview and hire.

Terminate the agency. Hire a new one.
