A woman working for my dad's attorney reported false claims to police who charged me for what she is doing to my elderly dad.

This woman has stolen property from my previous residence where I was caring for my mom after dad assaulted her. It was in her possession for days before police took it as evidence knowing it was obtained illegally. She has tampered with it while in her possession because the last entry was not done by me. She lied and said she called my dad's bank and they told her over the phone I went on and withdrew $10,000 from his account. I did not. And the bank wouldn't just tell her that. I reported her financial exploitation to APS this week, but they say there is not enough proof for an investigation? This woman has managed to have my mom moved to a foster home and no one would tell me where. My mom died a few weeks later which concerns me because she was in the best physical health. I don't know what she died from if where she has gone since her death. Within days of my mom's death, this woman moved into their house with my dad, smokes in her house, and has been seen driving her car. In the last three months she had new carpet, kitchen cabinets, and a new roof put on the house. Even talking about having estimates for the roof on "HER" house. My dad has dementia and aphasia and has become very aggressive and hostile to anyone who knocks on the door. APS still refused to see enough to investigate! What's is the next place for reporting her?
