How do u get someone to take a bath or change clothes?

I can't get him to change or even get clean. He gets mad and will not let me help him and he will not do it himself. I need help

Try a bathing aide to come a few days a week , preferably a male .

Don’t ask him . Tell him , it’s time to clean up . Make sure the bathroom is not cold . Lay out clothes ahead of time .

At some point facility care may be necessary. Often a point is reached with Dementia where the person will not listen to family .
