One of the only groups that sounded possible turned out to be p*rn! There are so many questions and changes. There must be ideas for dealing with aging.
Lots of good caregiver advice to be had here with lots of articles about specific issues under the resources tab. I also signed up on another caregiver site called trualta.com and they directed me to a group for my area...Washington State. https://www.wacaregivingjourney.com/login
Alzheimers association in Brewster , Mass has a course called the Savvy Caregiver - It is a 6 week course and they have Many Free classes and people to chat with . Anyone can participate . Upaya Zen Center has many Classes for caregivers in Santa Fe, NM Over Zoom - free or by Donation . There are support groups on FB similar to this Forum .

If you want other support groups with a lot of intensive back and forth discussion I would go to Facebook and try some of their support groups. I belong to several support groups on FB and have found them WONDERFUL. In fact have made a couple of solid friends on them.
