I need a caregiver for my mom.

I need a care for My Mom Rachel is 67 years, A very kindhearted person, Lover of nature, and she is fun to be with. She worked in the orphanage till she had an accident which left her with the difficulty of walking by herself unless with the use of a wheelchair, she has been through a lot so i need the very best care for her.

not sure if it’s for California residents only but if she can qualify. Basically low income. Ect.. IHSS
