I'm stumped! How do we "edit/update" our profile?

I should be able to figure this out even though I'm somewhat tech-challenged, but so far I can't. Any suggestions welcome.

Click on your profile pic. Then Settings. Then Caring For, then About Me. Those are the 2 categories you can update on your profile.
