My Account doesn't have sub-labels to change username anymore. Where can I change it?

For those wanting to change your name on the page, perhaps go down to the Discussions, and where you find the title tech updates, ask that question. The Discussion thread starts "An Update on Technical Issues:...etc".
I DO think that the admins occ. peek in there and may update you? I have no idea if they changed how to do this with the new revamping of the page?
