I'm a senior. A car dealership got me into a car I can't afford, the payment is to high for my income. Can't refinance to lower payment.

Now am behind and they're going to take my car. They lied to the finance co. about my income. I only went in there for a oil change and 9 hours later they had me in another car.

Sorry, you may need a lawyer here. They will sell the car and deduct the profit from what you owe. You will probably have a balance due and no car.

Boss12345, welcome to the forum. Contact your local Council on Aging and explain what happened. They should be able to direct you to the right source to help you untangle this situation.

No one forced you to sign the paperwork. If you think they did something sneaky or unethical then call the president of the dealership to complain and if that doesn't work then talk to an attorney.
