A few questions... 1. is the bra actually necessary? 2.Or is it that this person has worn a bra for so long that is in ingrained as necessary? There are camisole bras that would just slip over like a t-shirt and there are bras that hook in front. (I got my front hook bras at Lane Bryant and they are pretty comfortable and I have to use them when the arthritis flares up and I can't do a back hook.
These are special orthopedic bras. They are quite expensive. Do check with your insurance as some are actually covered. You get them from medical supply and need your doctor's guidance.
