Care.com will give you local rates. Or contact an agency, like Visiting Angels or other local ones. FYI most aids desire a minimum of 30 hrs per week and preferably weekly, and on the same times and days of the week. This was my experience in hiring aids.

Depending on where you live I would say anywhere from $20-$30 per hour through a reputable agency. And most agencies require a 4 hour minimum.
