My parent's are residents of Alaska, but currently in WA now getting medical treatment. Would a WA state POA be accepted once they go home?

I (the daughter) lives in WA…we need a POA & Health Care Directive immediately. Not sure how the state laws differ & what is acceptable?

Have the form state specifically that the POA is intended to be valid in any jurisdiction it is presented. This will make it valid anywhere.
