Do you want to hire from an agency or private pay? Each has their pros and cons.
You can google information for agencies in your area.
You can place ads for nursing students to work part time. Students are always looking for additional income.
You can respond to ads placed by caregivers who are looking for work.
If you hire privately make sure that you have a contract with all pertinent information to avoid any future conflicts.
Best of luck to you in finding a suitable caregiver.
