Is any one living at the Sun Tower in Sun City, or has lived there? What do you have to do to live there?

It looks like they have rehab and all levels of care, from Independent Living, AL, memory care and Long Term Care.

I think you would need to talk to them about pricing and if the accept LTC insurance Medicaid or are only private pay for anything other that Rehab.
