Can my sister, Mom's POA, withhold all information about Mom's affairs?

Since day 1, little sibling POA for Mom has never been transparent with her 2 siblings. Every single problem is with her and even though I have been a caregiver for mom since she was diagnosed with dementia. I also have shared mom's home for 12 years. Now out of clear blue she threatened to evict me, change locks, and let her friend move into Mom's house for a year and zero rent! Something just doesn't feel right and she doesn't know yet what my personal feelings are by her dysfunctional treatment and rejection of her brother and myself. Please guide me to the right source for discovery of her secretive mismanagement tactics.

A two-part answer to your question. Usually a POA or even the primary can't throw out a tenant overnight. You can consult a legal aid tenant lawyer over this.

The larger question is WHY she wants to throw you out. You presumably are there to provide care in lieu of your living there, so it would make no sense to install a friend who would just live there without providing care.
