Any advice on getting mom to move?

Where does you mom live now?
Be aware that your LO may balk at moving at least in part because of the daunting idea of packing, organizing.
We told our mom that her move was temporary and that we would take care of any packing, discarding that needed to be done.
Might that work?

Not too much info to go on here..
🔮 My crystal ball tells me Mom wants to stay put. She is either happy there - fearful to move - or both.
She may need 'assisted living'... But she is LIVING just fine. She has Bigsispjt to do all the *assistance* part.
With more info hopefully I can be more helpful 😃
