Anyone having a problem with Phillips due to CPAP recall? Waiting 6 months and no replacement to date.

Impossible to reach speak directly to company. Their answer is to direct users to an online site.

Was the device prescribed or did you buy it independently?

Six months is obviously far too long to wait for the company to put this problem right; so I'd suspect your particular issue has got lost in the system. What happens when you go through the online channel?

You do have a back-up device to use meanwhile, I suppose?
