Searching for a phone app for caregivers. Any recommendations?

I am primary caregiver to my elderly mom with Alz and dementia. My two siblings live one hour, and five hours away. I am searching for a phone app that all three of us could access, so we are all in the loop. I hope the app would provide provider contact info, medication list, group text thread, place to enter notes of daily observations or questions to research, etc. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thank you!

When my Husband was on Hospice they used an App called Tap Cloud. It did all that you mention. I do not know if it is available for individuals or if it is more restrictive.
You could ask the facility where your mom is if they have something like that that they use.
There is Caring Bridge that you can use but it would be able to be seen by anyone that you allow to get information. Typically it is used to keep friends and relatives informed without having to text or call everyone.
You do need to be careful about what is shared. Any private information or personal information should be done in a secure manner just in case a phone is lost, hacked or someone else sees texts, photos or other medical info.
