Husband refuses to bathe at the nursing home. Any help?

Try to get to the root of the problem. Something is preventing him to, if he did before. Maybe you could try playing some music in the bathroom to distract him, or buy him some new bath wash with a nice fresh scent. If you can do it once, then maybe the next time, you could have a PSW support, and then slowly take over.

The nursing home should be used to dealing with folks who don't want to shower/bathe, and have tricks of the trade that might work. What have they said about it?
In the meantime you can wash him with the extra large body wipes, and use the waterless shampoo/conditioner caps to wash his hair. Both can be ordered either on Walmart.com or Amazon.
