If you're asking if there are agencies that employ people who,as a part of paid CG, transport their clients to Drs appt, the answer is yes.
You'll have to hire someone and get them comfortable with your LO, and definitely comfortable with going in to see a Dr. That's a BIG personal thing. I don't even like my DH to go to the doctor with me.
I worked in Elder Care and one of my 'jobs' was to accompany my client to the dr. I also went in to the appt and took notes for the family.
