Any loved one taking risperidone? My dad (97) takes .25 mg at night. Seems to tone down aggression. Black box warnings. What else works?

Lots of meds have black box warnings, especially antipsychotics.

Sometines there are no "good" choices, only the least bad one.

A good friend and my husband are both on Seroquel, which has a similar bkack box warning. One for major depression, my dh for sleep issues. Nothing else works for either one.
