We are a forum of caregivers from all over the US, Canada, the UK and other countries. There is really no way, unless a member happened to live near you, that we would be able to give u this information. Where I live there are Clinics that have help and charge on scale. Maybe your PCP can help. Maybe you County Dept of Health?

JAMS is a national mediation organization that I think also has a directory.
