I don't believe that anyone makes an adult diaper specifically for poop. The Depend type diapers with the elastic around the legs and waist will keep the poop in better than the tab type diapers, but they are more expensive. Also it's important that you buy the right size diaper for your loved one, as if it is too big, you will have more messes as well. Best wishes.
