Low dose radiation for Alzheimer's. Does it really work?

I mentioned this a little while ago

The study sample was minuscule so there is no clear answer whether it is real or just a fluke but it sure is interesting.

I never heard of low dose radiation for Alzheimer treatment. I would be suspicious. Currently there are only four drugs FDA approved for Alzheimer's treatment. All four, including the new drug aduhelm, provide short-term, if any, benefit.
