Help understanding your experience (survey)

Hello,

As part of a school project, I am trying to design a digital experience to help support caregivers and family members like yourselves as they support aging family members.

My family and I spent many years supporting my grandmother who struggled with Dementia, so she could stay in her own home for as long as possible. It was an extremely challenging time for all of us.

I know we were not alone in this situation. As I work through this project, I'd very much like to consider the first hand experience of others.
