Was this gotten thru Medicare. If so, Medicare rents these beds. I think after the rent reaches the cost of the bed, then the person owns it. You may want to check with the provider to see if its been paid off. If not, its suppose to go back to them.

Check a Nurses lending closet near you. A local Senior center You can put an ad on Craigs List or your local FB Garage Sale page. Most people get beds through Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice If you can not find takers for it contact a local metal scrap yard, recycle yard and they will buy it for scrap. (if you can get it to them or they may have a scrapper that will pick up..you can put it on the curb on garbage day all metal items disappear in the night! What no one will take is the mattress. OH, also call one of the donation pickup programs Purple Hearts, AM Vets, Salvation Army
