My home health aide hasn't been showing up lately. The agency doesn't do anything about it. What can I do about this? Who can I complain to?

As said if an agency then change agencies. If Medicaid is paying for it, then u need to contact your caseworker and tell them that this agency is not working and you want to make sure they are not being charged for services you are not getting.

Is this an aid provided by the county through an agency? Through Medicaid? If so you must call the social worker to communicate what's going on.

I think that you are going to need a new agency. This one isn't working for you. I hope that there are others in your area and that you have good luck with them. I am sorry this is happening for you. I surely do wish you better luck.

Have you considered switching agencies? Obviously, the one that you are using isn’t working out.

Call around for a new agency that is more reliable.
