Hi - I'm so glad I found this forum, my mother is a stroke victim and my father provides most of her care. He has some home health care and it is so important but fraught with much anxiety during the pandemic.

This inspired me to start a research project to understand home health care provider vaccine hesitancy to help improve messaging and acceptance of the vaccine.

I am looking for ways to connect to the professional home health care community to participate in small focus groups. Anyone know how to best reach out?

Go to the agencies? IMO by time you find the subjects and set up the study the pandemic and vaccinations will be far less of an issue.

The agencies have seemed to be totally overwhelmed and/or concerned about what staff may say even though the protocol requires anonymity and non-attribution.

Hopefully it will be over before we are able to consolidate findings but if we can find people to participate I think we will have recommendations to provide to health administrators and public policy communication directors in April. Unfortunately there is still a lot of hesitancy in taking the vaccine and communications still need improving.
