There are insurance policies that will cover in home care, Assisted Livings and LTC but you usually purchase these years before you need them. As far as I know, there is no insurance that you pay premiums to now and get to use the coverage at the same time, like with health insurance.
Medicaid will help with in home care but you need to qualify. Its pretty much for people with low incomes.
