I (49yo) had a massive stroke 5 years ago. I was stuck living in a nursing home for 2 years by my older sister. What should I do?

Now, I live independently. My sister made my parents will, and their signature, sealed and my parents house and their rent house is my sister's. She just put them in a nursing home and I was living there too. My sister, she has it all. I remember, I was taking care of my parents until then, my stroke happened. My sister is mean and she is manipulated towards us. She stopped talking to me 3 years ago. And then I saw my parents house is for sale, in the newspaper. What should I do?

I agree with Alva that you should start with a consult with an attorney so he/she can assess if there is anything that can be done.

There is little you can do, but if both your parents are now in a nursing home, whatever money comes from the home will not last very long, and will be gone. You should consider asking for a consult with an elder law attorney to look into things. Have you a case manager for health care? Can you ask for a social worker to help you with a reasonable perhaps even free consult moving forward?
