Always wants money from our 97 year old dad, who doesn’t have much money. Doesn't seem to care about dad he just wants money to uphold his expensive lifestyle. He is 71 years old.
If dad has a sound mind he can give his money to whoever he wants. Doesn’t matter if they seem to care for him or not, it’s his choice. If dad has any form of dementia then documents can be put in place to prevent his money from being used for anything other than his care
